Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel must have all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
